Honey Caramelised Cashews — roasted cashews coated in a crunchy caramelised honey glaze.

Part of our flavoured baked cashew snack line, these are 62% cashew nuts finished with sugar and 1.5–4.5% honey for a brittle, sweet shell. With 11.2 g of protein per 100 g they are a more substantial sweet snack than confectionery. Ready to eat straight from the bag, in sizes from 250g to a 12.5kg trade bag.

Are they vegan? No — they contain honey, so they are suitable for vegetarians but not vegans. For a vegan ready-to-eat option try hot chilli baked cashews, or plain whole cashew nuts.

How sweet are they? The glaze is sugar (30–40%) plus honey, giving 40.4 g of sugars per 100 g — firmly a treat rather than an everyday nut.

How do I keep them crunchy? Once opened, eat soon or store in an airtight container away from moisture.
